What services are included in Monthly Bookkeeping?
Each month, we reconcile your bank and credit card statements, categorize business income and expenses, create necessary journal entries, and complete required data entry. We’ll also generate the top 3 financial statements; Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows.
Do I need a QuickBooks Clean-Up?
If you’ve been doing your books yourself, there’s a high chance you need a clean-up. As a business expert, you may not be skilled in accounting or QuickBooks, but don’t worry, we are!
How much do bookkeeping services cost?
The cost depends on several factors, but it may not be as high as you think. Having accurate financial data is invaluable for running your business. Reach out to discuss pricing details.
Do you require a contract?
No contract required! We work on a month-to-month basis. If you no longer need our services, just give us 30 days’ notice.
How do I know if I’m a good fit for Sandhills Bookkeeping?

Is an agreement letter required?
Yes, an agreement is required. After our consultation, we will send over a detailed proposal. If everything looks good, you can sign and pay immediately to get started!
What accounting software do you use?
We are QuickBooks Online ProAdvisors, so we primarily use QuickBooks Online.
What if I don’t use QuickBooks?
We only work with QuickBooks, so if you’re using a different software, we recommend switching to QuickBooks—and we can help with that!
Shouldn’t my bookkeeper be local?
Thanks to the internet and cloud technology, we can work with clients across the country in real-time, from anywhere, on any device
What information do I need to share with Sandhills Bookkeeping?
We need read-only access to your business bank and credit card accounts, as well as access to your QuickBooks file. For clean-up services, we’ll need prior year tax returns, a list of financial accounts, loans, assets, and depreciation schedules.
What qualifications do you have?
With a minor in Accounting and 20+ years of experience in bookkeeping, I’ve also been a business owner. I’m a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, combining strategic planning with practical bookkeeping expertise.
How can I contact you and when can I expect a reply?
All client communication is managed through our secure portal for privacy and efficiency. We aim to respond to messages within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If we need more time to provide a thorough response, we will let you know and ensure it’s delivered promptly.
Will you work with my accountant during tax time?
Absolutely! Our year-round record-keeping will provide the necessary information for your tax preparer.
